I was chatting with someone who works fully remote, but surprisingly, they weren't traveling...

Here's the truth: If you work remotely, you should travel as much as possible!

With many companies now requiring employees to return to the office, you're missing out if you're not exploring the world while you can.

This freedom to work from anywhere might not last forever, so make the most of it while you have the chance.

I promise you won't regret creating these memories and experiences.

What's the number one problem when people are trying to plan a trip together?

They can't settle on a place they want to go.

I know it's frustrating when you're trying to plan a trip and can't decide on a destination. But there are so many details to consider: flight destinations, layovers, prices, and travel time. With so many variables, planning often becomes too much for one person to handle, and they simply give up.

But don't worry, I've got you covered! I've found a great solution that I use for every group trip.

I use a simple spreadsheet that makes group trip planning a breeze. Link

Here's how it works:

  1. For each flight, I create a list with all the important details like costs, travel time, and layovers.
  2. Everyone marks the destinations they're interested in, and I encourage people to select multiple options.
  3. When we find destinations with multiple checkmarks, we identify them as matches — and just like that, we've discovered our perfect getaway spots!

This approach works because it highlights places everyone agrees on, rather than getting stuck on destinations with mixed opinions.

Try it out and let me know what you think. I'd love to hear how I can improve it to make your travel planning even smoother.

Keep traveling,

Andrew
