I’m currently in Vegas celebrating my birthday, and I’m tired! For those that follow me on Instagram, you know what I’m talking about.

I understand that being healthy while traveling is a struggle. So here’s a guide on healthy snacks to eat while traveling. These snacks are easy to carry, lightweight, and require little maintenance.


 Note: Unless you frequently travel, indulging on vacation will not wreck your physique. If you already maintain a healthy lifestyle, your body will bounce back after vacation. Don’t miss the opportunity to try rare food just because it’s not healthy.
